Key Responsibilities

  • Complete daily multi-drop delivery routes efficiently and safely.
  • Load, unload, and secure goods to prevent damage during transit.
  • Deliver products to customers on schedule while maintaining a professional attitude.
  • Verify delivery documentation and obtain proof of delivery where required.
  • Carry out vehicle safety checks before and after each shift.
  • Plan routes effectively to maximise efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.
  • Communicate with dispatch regarding delays, route changes, or delivery issues.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and report any concerns to management.
  • Follow all road traffic laws and company health and safety policies.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the delivery vehicle.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience as a multi-drop delivery driver is preferred.
