We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled CRM Manager to boost customer retention and activation through innovative strategies and experiments. Key Responsibilities:
  • CRM Development & Optimization: Analyze data to generate actionable insights and develop new hypotheses for continuous improvement. Design and conduct A/B tests to optimize customer interactions and improve outcomes. Manage and prioritize incoming tasks and requests. Utilize CRM functionality, no-code, and low-code tools to execute complex tasks. Ensure the quality of your own work through thorough QA processes.
  • Direct Communications: Increase dealer retention, activation, and vehicle purchases by optimizing direct communication channels, including emails, web banners, push notifications, and SMS. Regularly adjust communication based on performance metrics. Enhance task management systems for the sales team, improving task prioritization and completion rates in collaboration with the Head of Sales. Manage and optimize HubSpot workflows, fields, and tasks.
  • Internal Operations: Improve efficiency in internal operations (Administration, Purchasing, Finance, HR, Development) by refining triggers and communication systems. Work closely with stakeholders to implement and monitor changes.
Required Skills:
  • Commercial Skills: Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • HTML & CSS: Essential for creating and customizing CRM communication.
  • Testing & Analysis: Skilled in running A/B-tests and analyzing funnels.
  • CRM Automation Software: Experience with Customer.io.

  • MySQL: Strong understanding to manage and analyze data.
