eCapital is seeking an experienced HR Advisor/Manager to join our Human Resources team in Reading. The role is office-based with the option to work from home one day per week and requires occasional travel to our other UK sites.
We are looking for a commercially aware HR professional with strong ER experience, CIPD Level 5, and solid knowledge of UK employment law to support recruitment, HRIS projects, and performance of a growing organisation.
