As part of this continued growth, we are now seeking a Client Manager to join our eCapital Commercial Finance UK head office in Reading, transforming the way small and medium-sized businesses access the funding they need to grow, adapt, and succeed.
Hybrid Working: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
Industry: Invoice Finance / Financial Services
As Client Manager, you’ll proactively manage client relationships across a mixed portfolio of funding lines, ensuring exceptional service delivery while effectively managing risk and supporting long-term client success.
- Manage facilities from onboarding through to ongoing relationship management
- Monitor risk events, client covenants, and financial reporting
- Conduct portfolio and sales ledger reviews
- Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow client relationships
Experience within Invoice Finance or Financial Services
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and risk management capability
