As part of this continued growth, we are now seeking a Client Manager to join our eCapital Commercial Finance UK head office in Reading, transforming the way small and medium-sized businesses access the funding they need to grow, adapt, and succeed.

Hybrid Working: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote

The Role
As Client Manager, you’ll proactively manage client relationships across a mixed portfolio of funding lines, ensuring exceptional service delivery while effectively managing risk and supporting long-term client success. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to:
- Manage facilities from onboarding through to ongoing relationship management
- Mentor and support Credit Controllers within the team
- Monitor risk events, client covenants, and financial reporting
- Conduct portfolio and sales ledger reviews
- Support new business take-ons and client onboarding
- Drive excellent customer outcomes and service standards
- Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow client relationships
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from candidates with:
- Experience within Invoice Finance or Financial Services
- Previous Credit Control experience
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and risk management capability
- Experience mentoring or managing Credit Controllers (preferred)
- Strong numerical, analytical, and IT skills
