Working closely with our Chief People Officer and leaders across the business, you'll play a key role in shaping how we develop talent, support managers and create a culture of high performance across our international teams. What You'll Be Doing
This is a varied role with plenty of opportunity to make an impact. You’ll work closely with our Chief People Officer and leaders across the business to help shape learning, development and talent initiatives across our international teams.
- Coordinating learning and development programmes and initiatives
- Supporting onboarding, career development and succession planning activities
- Helping deliver management and leadership development programmes
- Running employee engagement and feedback initiatives
- Producing learning insights and reporting through HiBob and other systems
- Supporting apprenticeship programmes and external learning partnerships
- Helping the business build capability in future skills, including AI and emerging technologies
No two days will look the same, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, ownership and working across a broad range of people development activities.

Working directly with the Chief People Officer, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of people development initiatives including onboarding, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, talent development and future skills. You’ll support employees across multiple countries and work on projects that have a visible impact across the business. Requirements About You
You’ll likely have experience within Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR or a broader People function and be looking for an opportunity to expand your experience and influence. You’ll be eligible to work in the UK.

- HR Advisor with exposure to Learning & Development
A degree in psychology or a similar field, experience using HiBob, and knowledge of AI and emerging technologies would be advantageous.
