You'll also gain valuable international exposure, supporting employees and operations across multiple regions including the UK, Hong Kong, Australia, Ireland, and the US.

If you enjoy building structure, improving processes, working autonomously, and being the trusted "go‑to" person for all things HR — we'd love to hear from you.

  • Strong hands‑on experience using HiBob (essential).
  • Solid understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and core people processes.
  • Experience supporting payroll processes alongside Finance.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting in a changing environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
