  • Help Shape the Future of Global Mobility Technology

What if you could help design products used by organisations around the world, solving complex global challenges through intuitive, beautifully crafted digital experiences?

At ECA International, we're transforming the way organisations manage global mobility, international employees and business travel through data, technology and intelligent product design.

As our products continue to evolve, we're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the next generation of experiences for our customers.

This isn't a role where you'll simply polish interfaces or hand designs over to developers.

You'll work from the earliest stages of product discovery through to delivery, helping turn complex business problems into simple, intuitive experiences.

Working alongside Product Managers, Engineers and Data specialists, you'll influence product direction, challenge thinking and create prototypes that help teams make better decisions before a single line of production code is written.

If you enjoy solving difficult problems, thinking strategically and creating products people genuinely enjoy using, we'd love to hear from you.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Designing intuitive user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-quality user interfaces.
  • Helping Product and Engineering teams explore ideas before development begins.
  • Working closely with Product, Data and Engineering to solve complex user and business challenges.
  • Creating prototypes that validate ideas, reduce risk and improve decision making.
  • Raising the quality of visual design across our products with strong attention to usability, accessibility and detail.
  • Helping evolve our design system and shared design standards.
  • Using modern design tools and AI-assisted workflows where they genuinely improve speed, collaboration or quality.
  • Contributing to product strategy by balancing user needs, business goals and technical considerations.

Requirements

What You'll Bring

We're looking for an experienced Product Designer who combines exceptional design craft with commercial product thinking.

You'll ideally bring

  • Experience designing digital products, Saa S platforms or complex web applications.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating product design, UX and UI expertise.
  • Excellent prototyping skills using tools such as Figma.
  • The ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers and Data teams.
  • A strong understanding of design systems, reusable components and accessible design.
  • Confidence working in fast-moving environments where ideas evolve quickly.
  • Curiosity around emerging technologies and AI-assisted ways of working.
  • Bonus points if you've worked with
  • Enterprise or data-rich software products.
  • React or modern front-end technologies.
  • Design systems and component libraries.
  • SQL or data-driven products.
  • AI-assisted design or prototyping tools.
  • HR Technology, Global Mobility or Compliance platforms.

Benefits

Why Join ECA International? At ECA International, design isn't something that's added at the end of the process—it's central to how we build products.

You'll work alongside Product, Engineering and Data from day one, helping shape ideas before they're built and influencing products used by organisations across the world.

You'll be trusted to experiment, challenge thinking and solve genuinely complex problems in a collaborative environment that embraces modern technology, continuous improvement and AI-assisted ways of working.

In return, you'll enjoy

  • Hybrid working.
  • Annual bonus.
  • Excellent benefits package.
  • The opportunity to influence products used globally.
  • A modern technology environment with AI-enhanced ways of working.
  • A collaborative culture where design has a genuine voice.
  • Excellent opportunities for career growth as we continue investing in our Product and Technology teams.
