Join our Regional Team at ECA. We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer focused Regional Coordinator to support our Members and Regional Managers across the West, Southwest and South Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with a wide range of people, delivering high quality support and playing a key role in regional engagement.

About the Role

As a Regional Coordinator, you will provide first line support to Members and assist the Regional Managers with a variety of activities, events and communications. Your work will help drive engagement, strengthen relationships and ensure our members receive exceptional service. The salary for this role is up to £30,000.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the organisation, administration and delivery of regional and cross regional events and meetings to support high attendance and strong engagement.
  • Manage regional Member communications to ensure consistency of messaging and branding.
  • Proactively contact Members with a turnover under £500k to highlight the value of membership and support retention.
  • Handle Member calls, emails and support requests to maintain excellent service levels.
  • Represent ECA at local and national exhibitions and events.
  • Reconcile regional accounts in collaboration with the Finance team or REC Treasurer.
  • Support the wider regional team with additional tasks as required.

About You

  • Experience working in a customer focused environment.
  • Strong administrative, organisational and time management skills.
  • Confidence in written and verbal communication.
  • Experience in event management.
  • Proficiency in digital platforms such as Salesforce, Cvent and Pardot or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong skills in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • An understanding of social media platforms for communication and monitoring.
  • A personable and professional approach when working with colleagues, members and stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to travel within the UK and occasionally work outside normal business hours.
