We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team within the financial data and analytics space. This role is responsible for ensuring a positive client experience and long-term satisfaction by driving adoption, retention, and value realisation across our suite of data, analytics, and workflow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients post-sale, managing the client relationship and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

  • Deliver ongoing client training, education, and best practice sharing to maximize platform usage.
