We are actively looking for a recruiter to join our London team. You will have experience in the FinTech or financial services markets and be super organised, tenacious and passionate. You will work with key clients to ensure you deliver with quality, speed & execution.
What will you be doing:
Working the entire 360 recruitment cycle: a blend of business development, sales and recruiting.
Create and foster high‐touch relationships with active and passive candidates, as well as hiring managers.
Leveraging the firm\’s existing relationships to map out your own market focus.
Build genuine relationships with some of the biggest names in the FinTech space to create long‐lasting business relationships.
What you bring:
Knowledge and interest in the most current FinTech market.
2 + years of recruitment experience (experience hiring into FinTech is desirable).
Competitive and tenacious, driven to succeed with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.
Highly motivated with examples of ambition and resilience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
