- Lead new client onboarding projects from kickoff to go-live, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate client training and support adoption of the platform.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Technology teams to deliver a smooth onboarding experience.
- Manage onboarding progress, communicate with stakeholders, and drive process improvements.
- Build long-term client relationships and gradually transition into account management responsibilities.
Key Requirements
- Experience in client onboarding, implementation, project management, or customer success within financial services or technology.
- Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
