Their services support brokers, hedge funds, and professional traders, offering trusted, transparent, and technology-driven solutions designed to unlock new opportunities and enhance market execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead new client onboarding projects from kickoff to go-live, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate client training and support adoption of the platform.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Technology teams to deliver a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Manage onboarding progress, communicate with stakeholders, and drive process improvements.
  • Build long-term client relationships and gradually transition into account management responsibilities.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in client onboarding, implementation, project management, or customer success within financial services or technology.
  • Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
