We’re working on a Senior Employment Lawyer opportunity within a high-performing EMEA legal team supporting a global, fast-paced financial services business. This is a broad and hands-on role, partnering closely with HR and senior stakeholders across the region on a wide range of employment law matters.

Key areas include:

  • Drafting and negotiating employment contracts and settlement agreements
  • Advising on disciplinary, grievance, discrimination, TUPE, and restrictive covenant matters
  • Supporting HR and Employee Relations teams with day-to-day legal queries
  • Assisting with employment litigation and dispute resolution
  • Managing cross-border employment matters across multiple jurisdictions
  • Working with external counsel where required
  • Delivering training to HR and internal stakeholders
  • Building strong relationships across the business at all levels

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor (England & Wales or equivalent)
  • Strong background in employment law (private practice and/or in-house)
  • Experience in a commercial, fast-paced environment
  • Confident advising senior stakeholders
  • Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills
  • Commercially minded, pragmatic, and solutions-focused approach
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
