Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day operational support and technical advice
- Manage production technology incidents to resolution
- Escalation and effective communication to business, technology and vendor partners
- Design and configure complex onboarding solutions for clients
- Analyse and quickly resolve trade queries using vendor log files and admin portals
- Provide technical support & performance analysis for trading accounts.
Qualifications:
- Experience within the Financial Services industry within FX trading or a similar position.
- Hands on technology experience in Java, FIX protocol, SQL or Python
- Understanding of e-trading and trading business flows
- Experience in manipulating data to monitor trends & procedure reports
- Ability to work in a structured way with clients and the business unit.
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal.
- Client-focused.
