My client is looking for a Senior Technology Professional to join their dynamic team. This role will focus on developing and maintaining European digital platforms, as well as supporting onboarding and servicing for professional clients. The team works with modern technologies in a microservices architecture, including Angular, Node.js, HTML, JavaScript, Java, CSS, and cloud infrastructure (AWS), alongside CI/CD best practices and test-driven development (TDD).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership for complex MarTech initiatives involving content management, customer data, and personalisation platforms
- Lead design, development, and implementation of scalable solutions across multiple systems
- Ensure quality and alignment of technical deliverables, including architecture, design, and implementation
- Conduct testing for functionality, performance, and security
- Evaluate, recommend, and approve technical solutions; troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Collaborate with marketing teams, consultants, and technology partners to deliver solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and communicate implications clearly
- Define and enforce architectural standards, governance frameworks, and best practices
- Produce and maintain clear technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and integration guides
- Identify opportunities to enhance technology capabilities through innovation and automation
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with development and security standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in software development or a related technical role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (advanced degree preferred)
- Strong skills in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and modern frameworks
- Experience with microservices, API design, and integration patterns
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, OOP/SOLID principles, Agile methodologies, and TDD
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience with enterprise MarTech platforms (e.g., AEM, AEP, Adobe Target) preferred
- Python experience is a plus
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
Additional Information:
- Hybrid role with in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday)
