This is a client-facing role within a capital markets technology provider, focused on managing and developing relationships with institutional clients using trading, market infrastructure, and post-trade platforms. You’ll act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring platform adoption, service quality, and long-term account growth across buy-side and sell-side environments. Working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams, you’ll help translate client needs into actionable insights, supporting retention, expansion, and overall client satisfaction within a regulated, technology-driven financial markets environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with institutional capital markets clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client service and engagement
  • Support onboarding, adoption, and ongoing platform usage
