- Build and maintain the quantitative research ecosystem, including data pipelines, backtesting frameworks, and tools for evaluating model performance.
- Implement robust logging, monitoring, and diagnostic processes for the trading.
- Generate, test, and prioritise new research ideas to improve model performance.
