Knowledge and AI Enablement Manager

Full-Time On-site
EC1 Partners Group

Our client is a Fintech providing trading solutions to institutional clients. They are now looking to bring in a Knowledge & AI Enablement Specialist to take ownership of the growing enterprise knowledge platform and help establish knowledge as a strategic organisational capability. You will own the Knowledge Centre in Notion, expanding this across departments.

What you will be doing:

  • You will own the architecture, governance and evolution of the Notion knowledge platform, helping teams capture important organisational knowledge in ways that are structured, discoverable, maintainable and suitable for both human and AI consumption.
  • You will help define how organisational knowledge should be structured, governed, maintained and reused.
  • You will work closely with Product, Client Experience, Onboarding, Operations, Sales, Engineering and other functions to identify important knowledge, migrate existing content, establish ownership and embed effective knowledge practices within individual teams.
  • You will also work closely with the AI Platform / Agentic Systems Specialist to ensure that the knowledge platform provides a high-quality grounding layer for Nexus and future AI agents.

What you will bring:

  • You are passionate about making complex organisations easier to understand.
  • You enjoy taking information that exists across documents, systems and people's heads and creating structures that make it easy to find, understand, maintain and reuse.
  • You do not need to be a software engineer, but you are comfortable working with databases, structured information, APIs, automation and AI-enabled tools.
  • You are equally comfortable designing a knowledge architecture, improving an article template, running a workshop with a department and working with engineers to determine how knowledge should be exposed to an AI system.
  • Experience in knowledge management, information architecture, content operations, digital workplace, enterprise collaboration or a related discipline.
  • Experience designing and managing structured knowledge bases or enterprise content environments.
  • Strong understanding of taxonomy, metadata, information architecture and content lifecycle management.
  • Experience implementing governance and ownership processes for organisational knowledge.
  • Good understanding of modern AI concepts and the relationship between high-quality knowledge and AI retrieval.
  • Advanced experience designing and administering Notion workspaces and databases is a nice to have.
