Our client, based in South Cambridgeshire, is looking for a Service Administrator to join their growing team. This is a wonderful opportunity; the Service Administrator will be a key contact to customers, building relationships and communicating with all departments across the company. This is a full time, office-based role. The role is incredibly varied with a number of responsibilities including: * Managing service contracts * Coordinating shipping and paperwork * Credit notes * Annual Service Contracts * Supporting the Senior Service Administrator and Service Manager * Checking stock deliveries; Good In/Goods Out * Customer Service: one to one customer interaction, phone and emails * Monitoring of equipment calibration and service dates The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: * Experience in dealing with customers and building a rapport. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage your own workload. * Previous administration experience. * Process driven. * Excellent attention to detail. * Strong computer literacy skills with Microsoft platforms (training will be supplied for our internal systems). * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * The ability and confidence to work without supervision. * A willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.
