Our client, based near Harlow, is looking for a Sales Development Lead to join their team. This is a permanent, full-time role which can be either hybrid or remote. Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Development Lead will generate sales and book tours across our client’s various sites. The Sales Development Lead will perform a key role in the business; owning the whole process from initial identification through to confirmed bookings.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Pipeline generation and prospecting: delivering campaigns using data‑led targeting, and maintaining a stream of potential opportunities.
  • Engage in targeted networking and high-volume cold calling to prospective clients, delivering a personalised approach to secure interest.
  • Identifying potential business opportunities and refine lists based on data.
  • Representing the business at every available opportunity to network and secure sales.
  • Meeting KPI’s for new business and conversion rates.

Candidates Must Have The Following Skills And Experience

  • 1-3 years’ experience working in a sales or business development role.
  • Strong understanding of business-to-business sales principles.
  • Good working knowledge of CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or Beauhurst.
  • Experience working in commercial property sector.
  • Evidence based ability to generate qualified leads and meet performance targets.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to build and develop professional working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong written communication skills.
