They are now looking for a Senior Property Management Surveyor who works in the same way. A portfolio you can actually influence You will manage a varied commercial portfolio of retail, industrial, office, warehousing and mixed-use, with freedom to think creatively and make recommendations that optimise performance. Real asset management exposure You will identify opportunities, shape strategies, and support improvements that drive long-term value, not just keep things compliant. BD involvement without the sales machine pressure You will contribute to pitches and new instructions naturally, as part of helping a growing department strengthen its offer.
