I am partnering with a respected real estate consultancy with over 50 years experience across the South East. They ask questions when things don't look quite right, stay close to the local market and genuinely understand the assets they manage. They are now looking for a Senior Property Management Surveyor who works in the same way.

You will manage a varied commercial portfolio of retail, industrial, office, warehousing and mixed-use, with freedom to think creatively and make recommendations that optimise performance.

  • Real asset management exposure
  • You will identify opportunities, shape strategies, and support improvements that drive long-term value, not just keep things compliant.
  • BD involvement without the sales machine pressure
  • You will contribute to pitches and new instructions naturally, as part of helping a growing department strengthen its offer.
