What you'll be doing
- Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial assets across the region
- Acting as key contact for clients, tenants and contractors
- Preparing and managing service charge budgets
- Carrying out inspections and resolving issues proactively
- Producing clear, confident reporting
- Leading on asset management initiatives where opportunities arise
- Supporting new instructions and business growth
- Helping refine processes as the department expands
