You will be working within a residential block management portfolio, assisting Property Managers with day-to-day operations and providing frontline support to leaseholders and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact for tenant and leaseholder queries, providing excellent customer service.
- Support Property Managers by handling correspondence, organising workloads, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and processing incoming/outgoing mail.
- Assist with service charge demands and document management.
- Strong time management, prioritisation, and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in mail merging.
- Knowledge of Qube (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
