They ask questions when things don’t look quite right, stay close to the local market and genuinely understand the assets they manage. They are now looking for a Senior Property Management Surveyor who works in the same way.

• A portfolio you can actually influence: You will manage a varied commercial portfolio of retail, industrial, office, warehousing and mixed-use, with freedom to think creatively and make recommendations that optimise performance.

• Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial assets across the region
• Acting as key contact for clients, tenants and contractors
• Preparing and managing service charge budgets
• Carrying out inspections and resolving issues proactively
• Producing clear, confident reporting
• Leading on asset management initiatives where opportunities arise
• Supporting new instructions and business growth
• Helping refine processes as the department expands

• Solid commercial property management experience
• MRICS (or close to qualification)
• A thoughtful, inquisitive mindset — you don’t settle for “the usual way”
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Confidence managing your own caseload and making decisions
• A full UK driving licence
