This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a Cladding development project on an existing residential block. Our client is seeking a proactive and personable individual to act as the primary link between the residents and the construction team, ensuring seamless communication and a positive experience for all involved. This unique dual role combines the best of both worlds: being the go-to connection between our construction team and local residents while also providing essential administrative support to our office. About the Role
This role is essential to support the smooth delivery of the project, which has an expected duration of around 12 - 15 months. For the right person, this can transition into a permanent position, as the company has a strong pipeline of future projects and office-based opportunities. The role will be split between the office and the site based in Basildon Essex.
Key Responsibilities
- Resident Communication: Be the friendly, approachable main point of contact for residents, ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed.
- Project Updates: Act as the bridge between the construction team and residents, providing clear and timely updates about timelines and potential disruptions.
- On-Site Presence: Spend time on-site (around 3-4 days per week) to engage directly with residents and support the project team.
- Complaints Resolution: Handle and resolve resident complaints with professionalism, escalating when necessary.
- Resident Notifications: Draft and distribute notices and updates about the project, ensuring residents are informed and reassured.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and host resident meetings to share project progress and foster open communication.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Administrative Support: Provide office-based support, including data entry and managing communications.
