Some people fall into property management. Others thrive in it — because they genuinely care about doing things properly.
I’m representing a long-established local property business that’s looking for a Lettings Property Manager to join their friendly, professional team. This isn’t a role where you’re just chasing rent or ticking compliance boxes. It’s about creating great living experiences, maintaining standards you’re proud of, and having the autonomy to run your own portfolio with trust and support from the wider team.
You’ll be managing a diverse range of residential properties — handling everything from viewings and inspections to tenant relationships and maintenance coordination. No two days are ever quite the same, but the goal always is: keep things running smoothly and tenants happy.
A bit about you: You’ll be someone who’s organised, approachable, and great with people. You’ll know how to juggle a busy diary, stay calm under pressure, and take pride in keeping things running seamlessly behind the scenes. Experience in lettings or property management is ideal, but your attitude and professionalism will matter just as much.
This is a part-time position (10am–4pm, Monday to Friday) — ideal for a parent, carer, or anyone looking to reduce their hours while keeping a rewarding, professional role in property.
What you’ll get: You’ll be joining a company that genuinely values its people. Expect support when you need it, flexibility where it matters, and recognition for a job well done.
- Enhanced pension contributions
- Agile working options
- Life cover
- Private medical insurance
- Enhanced maternity and paternity pay
- Extra annual leave over Christmas
It’s a grown-up, balanced environment — no weekend working, no unrealistic targets, and a team who actually enjoy coming to work. If you’re looking for a role where you can take ownership, make a difference, and work with good people who care about what they do, I’d love to tell you more.
