Business Development Manager - Property/Estate Agency £40,000 basic | OTE £57,500 uncapped + car allowance | Remote & regional - Swindon / Reading / Oxford Have you built a career in estate agency and love being on the road - meeting clients, influencing and rallying people towards a shared goal? A field-based role for a natural people person, not purely a desk job. Our partner, Firethorn Talent, has been engaged by their key client, a market-leading residential property trader in a strong phase of growth. #1 in B2C and expanding fast into B2B part-exchange with leading developers and estate agents. The role drives leads and acquisitions by building profitable relationships with estate agency & development partners across your region. What the role looks like day-to-day: Attend estate agency/developer client meetings to promote the offering and train/mentor their teams Build profitable B2B relationships with branch managers and area directors, face to face Be the main point of contact for your clients, responding quickly to their needs Manage your own meeting schedule and travel across the Swindon, Reading, Oxford and the south region Track and analyse the sales funnel, report on results and keep the CRM accurate and up to date Who we're looking for: Significant experience in residential estate agency, ideally to senior or management level A proven relationship builder who can influence at every level, branch staff to directors Commercially sharp and data-driven, comfortable with sales reporting and CRMs (Salesforce ideal) Mature, independent and self-motivated - happy running your own diary out on the road A natural people-person and “galvaniser” who brings others with them Full UK driving licence and own car - essential for this regional, travel-based role What's on the table: £40,000 basic plus commission and bonuses taking OTE to £57,500 (uncapped) £3,600 car allowance on top Remote and regional - client offices across Swindon, Reading and Oxford each week, plus a monthly visit to head office in South London Company pension and other company benefits Applications from people with experience in the following or similar job titles will be considered: Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Partnerships Manager, Estate Agency Branch Manager, Client Relationship Manager, Sales Manager, Account Manager (Property).
