Clerk of Works Home-Based Location of sites: Norfolk and Suffolk, East Anglia Salary: 50,000 55,000 DOE Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week I m working with a respected multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy seeking an experienced Clerk of Works / Site Inspector to join its established team. This is a genuinely home-based position covering projects across Norfolk and Suffolk. The successful person will travel directly from home to sites, with no requirement to report routinely to an office. There will be very occasional travel to the London head office. You ll play a key role in maintaining construction quality, compliance and workmanship standards across predominantly residential new-build and refurbishment projects. Working independently, you ll undertake regular inspections, monitor progress and produce clear, detailed reports for clients, Employer s Agents and Project Managers.
