Job Title Quantity Surveyor Level Surveyor or Senior Surveyor Location City of London Salary and Package Up to 75,000 + benefits + hybrid working The Opportunity An established multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is looking for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its City of London office. The team works across a broad mix of sectors, including commercial, education, hotels, leisure, healthcare and culture and heritage. One interesting project currently underway is a large film studio development, giving a flavour of the variety of work within the practice. This offers the opportunity to broaden your project experience, work directly with clients and take responsibility for cost management from early budgets through to final accounts. The level of responsibility will reflect your experience, with support available from senior colleagues and scope to progress. The Role You ll work alongside quantity surveyors, project managers and other consultancy colleagues, delivering cost advice throughout the project lifecycle.
