The Work
- Run contract administration on live schemes from instruction to completion
- Deliver surveys and technical reports across commercial and high-end residential sectors
- Work on professional instructions: dilaps, defects, party wall, due diligence, RCAs, planned maintenance
- Front clients on site and in meetings—own the relationship and the outcomes
- Feed into business development and marketing, not just delivery
- Help shape how the practice grows
You
- MRICS with 6–9 years’ experience in consultancy
- Strong across both project and professional work
- Client-facing, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple workstreams
- Positive personality that fits a close, collaborative team of 6
