Senior Quantity Surveyor

A leading multidisciplinary consultancy in London is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior/Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an established firm that is renowned for delivering high-quality services across a variety of sectors, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
2. Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of cost management, from initial feasibility through to final accounts.
3. Manage client relationships, offering strategic solutions to meet their needs.
4. Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development.
5. Produce accurate and detailed cost estimates, valuations, and reports.
6. Manage tender processes, including the preparation of tender documentation and analysis of bids.
7. Assist with business development and the growth of the consultancy’s presence in the market.

Key Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a Senior Quantity Surveying role, with a track record of successful project delivery. Ideally in a consultancy environment.
2. MRICS is essential.
3. Strong knowledge of cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. A proactive, client-focused approach, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
