Core Responsibilities
As a Senior Building Surveyor, your role will include:

Due Diligence – Providing expert advice to clients on property acquisitions and investments.

Construction Monitoring – Overseeing project delivery and ensuring compliance with specifications.

Contract Administration – Managing contracts for construction, refurbishment, and fit-out projects.

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) – Developing and managing maintenance schedules.

Dilapidations and Exit Strategy – Advising clients on lease-end obligations and strategic property exits.

A BSc in Building Surveying or equivalent qualification.
-
MRICS accreditation, with 2-3 years’ post-qualification experience in a commercial Building Surveying environment.

Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Experience in managing and administering small to medium-sized construction, refurbishment, and fit-out projects (£0.5M-£10M).

A client-focused, results-driven approach to project delivery.

Salary: £60,000-£75,000 (dependent on experience).
