About the Role
The successful candidate will work on a wide variety of residential and public sector projects. Responsibilities include:
- Project management
- Dilapidations
- Contract Administration
- Building surveys
- Specification writing
You will have direct client contact and full autonomy over your work. Those at an earlier stage in their career will receive structured support to grow into the role and develop these skills.
About You
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Building Surveying
- RICS-accredited degree
- Strong client-facing skills
- Either qualified or on the APC pathway and expecting to qualify in the coming months
