Lead the cost delivery on some of London's most ambitious residential developments. This is a chance to join a growing consultancy team with a strong pipeline of high-profile build-to-rent, student, high-rise new build, and high-end residential schemes across the capital.
The Opportunity
You'll take charge of major projects from feasibility to final account - managing cost planning, procurement, and commercial performance for landmark developments. It's a role for a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment where quality, collaboration, and client trust are key. You'll be joining a team that's expanding rapidly and investing in both people and systems. This is an excellent platform for an experienced QS who wants visibility, autonomy, and progression within a respected London cost consultancy.
What You'll Do
- Lead cost planning, estimating, procurement, and contract administration for large residential schemes.
- Deliver valuations, variations, and monthly financial reports.
- Manage commercial performance and maintain close communication with clients and project teams.
- Identify risks early and resolve issues proactively.
- Contribute to internal improvement, benchmarking, and proposal work.
What You'll Bring
- Proven consultancy-side Quantity Surveying experience.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (RICS-accredited preferred).
- MRICS chartership highly desirable (If not chartered must have solid consultancy side experience).
- Excellent communication, reporting, and client-facing skills.
- Confident managing both pre- and post-contract work.
