A specialist neighbourly matters firm are seeking a skilled and proactive professional to join their Party Wall team at Senior/Associate level, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of high profile projects across London and the surrounding areas. As a Party Wall Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering expert advice and managing all aspects of party wall matters under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. You will work with a diverse range of clients, from residential homeowners to commercial developers, ensuring seamless communication and professional guidance throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing detailed advice on party wall procedures and obligations.
  • Preparing and serving notices, schedules of condition, and party wall awards.
  • Managing disputes and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
