The Company
This independent construction consultancy has been delivering cost and project management services for over 50 years.
They're known for their staff retention, clear progression routes, and wide-ranging project work.
Sectors include commercial, residential, industrial, education, heritage and defence.
Projects range from £1M to £200M+.
Clients include developers, occupiers, and government bodies.
They offer a hybrid model, strong APC support, and a close-knit team feel.
The Role
They're looking for a QS from Assistant to Senior level to join their Bristol office.
You'll handle pre- and post-contract work.
You'll support or lead projects depending on your experience.
You'll work closely with clients, attending meetings and producing reports.
There will also be potential future opportunities to get involved in fund monitoring and EA work.
The work is varied and the team is supportive.
About You
You'll have a degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.
You might be well into your APC, or already MRICS chartered.
You'll have JCT and/or NEC experience
You'll be confident dealing with clients and working in a team.
Most importantly, you'll want to grow your career in a stable, respected consultancy.
Package
£45,000 – £75,000 depending on experience.
Hybrid working- 3 days in office or on site, 2 from home.
APC support and ongoing CPD.
Discretionary bonus and flexible benefits.
