A specialist consultancy that works in dispute/claims advisory and bank/fund monitoring requires a Chartered Surveyor at either Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level, to join their well established Project Monitoring team. You should come from either a Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying background, and it’s essential you are MRICS Chartered. It doesn’t matter if you have previous experience in this area, your desire to forge your career into Project/Development Monitoring is more important. This company counts major lenders, funds, family offices and private investors as clients. They work in a variety of sectors including residential, hotels, offices, industrial, retail, healthcare and leisure. They are based in the West End, and will pay you a generous basic salary and a good benefits package, however the best aspects of this role are the very close relationship you have with your clients, and the very good bonuses that you will earn.
