Project Manager Property Consultancy – Birmingham A large real estate consultancy is looking for a Project Manager to join at Associate level in their construction team to take responsibilty for developments up to £60 million in value. You will be working for funds, developers and corporate occupiers on a range of projects including residential (PRS), Student accommodation, Hotels, Commercial and industrial. They have offices in the Colmore Business District, and you will work in close conjunction with other teams in the business (Agency, Development Consultancy, Asset Management etc) in order to deliver outstanding results for your clients. You will be rewarded with a good salary and benefits package including car allowance, as well as a generous bonus. The PM team has traditionally performed very profitably and as a result this is reflected in the bonus. Experience Required. You should be an experienced Project Manager with a background at either a consultancy or a developer, you should have a professional qualification (MRICS or APM) and be comfortable working in a multi-disciplinary environment.
