A well-regarded Oxford based consultancy is looking for an MRICS Building Surveyor to join their Oxford team. As a leading consultancy, they have an impressive client list of funds, blue chip companies and developers. In the role, you will manage the full life cycle of projects for an array of residential and commercial projects, with a range of clients throughout the region including local Universities, funds, occupiers and retailers. You will be a key point of contact for clients, so you are required to have strong communication skills and commercial awareness.
Key accountabilities:
- Able to provide advice on everything from design through to refurbishment
- Prepare schedules for dilapidation
- Handle claims and negotiations with loss adjusters
- Report on building defects
- Building and measured surveys
Required:
- MRICS
- Commercial awareness
