A world leading property consultancy is currently seeking an MRICS Surveyor to join their Lease Exit team in the West End. The ideal candidate should come from a Chartered Building Surveyor background with significant expertise in dilapidations, property inspections, and a confident approach to negotiations. The position entails a highly specialised role where the successful candidate will gain national recognition within the service. The focus of the role is on client satisfaction, involving close collaboration with exiting landlords and tenants, as well as negotiations with high net worth property owners. Notably, 50% of the FTSE 100 has worked or is currently working with this esteemed team.
