Chartered Quantity Surveyor – Hotels, Resi, Commercial An independent Cost consultancy with a hugely impressive client base and project pipeline is looking to add an experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor to their growing team. You would be joining a team of 6 highly experienced Cost Consultants with a very strong combined expertise and unrivalled industry knowledge. This team works on outstanding residential and commercial projects including multi million pound Hotel, Student Accommodation, office fit-out, private members clubs and high-end residential projects. This exciting consultancy are looking for an experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor with solid consultancy and sector experience who is looking to work in a talented , ambitious team with great opportunities to progress and develop. If you are a senior QS looking for the next step, possibly being stifled in a large consultancy, wanting to work on engaging projects with greater autonomy then this is the firm for you. Requirements: MRICS 5 years + Consultancy Experience Employers Agent experience is beneficial but not crucial Salary: £65,000 to £85,000 DOE Bonus Scheme Pension Full benefits Package.
