Their Building Consultancy team is one of the largest in Birmingham, and they work on instructions from a variety of funds, investors, propco’s and corporate occupiers. They will ideally recruit at Senior Surveyor level. There will be a great career path in front of you here with a dual opportunity to progress as a Building Surveyor or move into Project Management.
