EC Markets is a well-established, regulated global broker offering trading in CFDs, Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks, and Cryptocurrencies. We are currently looking for Thai-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join our growing team in our London office (Liverpool Street Underground Station). This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates who are fluent in Thai and interested in launching a career in the financial services industry. Prior experience is welcome but not required — we value motivation, curiosity, and a drive to succeed.

Working Hours: Early Morning Shift: 06:00 or 07:00 AM to 15:00 or 16:00 PM (to support Thai clients in their local time zone)
Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing responsive, professional support to Thai-speaking clients and partners (IBs & affiliates).
- Assisting with client onboarding, guiding users through registration and verification processes.
- Investigating and helping resolve trading-related queries or disputes.
- Supporting regional sales and business development teams as needed.
- Following up with clients to ensure full KYC compliance.
- Sharing relevant updates and product communications during client interactions.
- Ensuring all client communications comply with regulations and company policies.
- Assisting in onboarding and mentoring new support team members when required.
Qualifications:
- Fluent/native Thai speaker with strong English communication skills.
- University graduate (any field); fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Customer service mindset, with a desire to help and support others.
- Comfortable with soft-sales style communication when appropriate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Willingness to work early morning shifts aligned with Thai time zones.
- Prior experience in FX/CFD customer service (especially MT4/MT5) is a plus but not mandatory.
