The Social Media Coordinator / Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Reporting to the Marketing leadership, the role will focus on creating compelling content, managing social channels, analysing performance metrics, and aligning digital campaigns with broader marketing and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative and engaging content ideas for social media platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across relevant channels.
- Manage day-to-day social media activity, including community engagement and moderation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging with campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Analyse performance metrics and provide regular reporting with actionable insights.
- Support brand consistency across all digital communications.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing.
