We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to develop and customise the company’s CRM in Power Platform / MS Dynamics. The role involves customising and extending the platform to support business processes, integrating with external systems, and ensuring performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop solutions within Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform CRM (Sales, OmniChannel, Customer Service, or related modules)
- Build entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules.
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations with low code, and extend functionality with C#.
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems via APIs, cloud services, or middleware
- Work with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate) to extend CRM capabilities
- Support deployment activities and manage CRM environments
- 3–6 years of experience with Power Platform / Dataverse / Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
- Solid experience with Dynamics SDK and OData API
- Plugin and workflow development
- Understanding of CRM architecture, data model, and security model
- Experience with integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Functions)
- Familiarity with source control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
- Azure / AWS services and cloud-based integrations
- Experience with PCF (PowerApps Component Framework)
- Experience building for middle/back office
- Exposure to data migration tools and techniques
- Basic knowledge of SQL and reporting tools (Power BI)
