About the Role

  • Develop the overall growth strategy and quarterly roadmap, but stay flexible and data-driven.
  • Run rapid experiments across channels, audiences, targeting, and messaging frameworks.
  • Identify and test new acquisition channels before competitors (finance YouTubers, podcasts, niche communities, display networks).
  • Build referral mechanics, waitlist campaigns, and viral features into the product experience.
  • Plan and execute the launch campaign, including pre-launch acquisition strategy.
  • Determine budget allocation across channels based on performance data.
  • Identify and negotiate partnerships with affiliates, finance influencers, and content creators.
  • Pitch journalists and secure coverage in UK finance and tech publications.

  • Run A/B tests on targeting, bidding strategies, landing pages, and user flows.
  • Provide data-driven briefs to the social media person on what creatives/messaging are performing.
  • Work with the larger marketing team to align on campaign messaging, creative testing roadmap, and content priorities.
