The HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Commercial will act as a strategic partner to business leaders across revenue-generating and performance-driven departments (e.g., Operations, Trading, Marketing). This role focuses on driving business performance through people, aligning HR initiatives with commercial objectives, enhancing productivity, and enabling leadership capability. Unlike operational HR roles, this position emphasises workforce performance, talent strategy, organisational effectiveness, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Partnering
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align HR strategy with departmental commercial goals.
- Provide insight and challenge to improve organisational performance and efficiency.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a commercial or revenue-driven environment.
- At least 4+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong understanding of performance management and organisational effectiveness.
- Experience supporting Operations, Trading, Marketing, or similar business functions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or trading environment.
- Knowledge of workforce analytics tools and HR systems.
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent.
- Experience in high-growth or international organizations.
