As part of its growing global marketing and brand team, EC Markets is seeking a Multimedia Designer based in London to support the development of high-quality visual communications across multiple channels and markets.

About the Role

The Multimedia Designer will be responsible for producing engaging, on-brand visual assets that support EC Markets’ marketing, brand, and commercial objectives. This role is suited to a creative professional who can work independently, manage multiple projects, and contribute strong design thinking within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver high-quality digital and print assets for marketing, brand, and promotional initiatives.
  • Take ownership of design projects from brief through to final execution.
  • Produce creative assets for social media, websites, campaigns, banners, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Ensure strict consistency with EC Markets’ brand identity and visual guidelines across all outputs.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team, Team Leader, and Head of Brand to translate briefs into effective visual solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Contribute creative ideas and visual direction during campaign planning and brainstorming sessions.
  • Apply feedback constructively to continuously improve creative output and efficiency.
  • Maintain well-organised design files, templates, and shared resources to support team collaboration.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices, applying relevant insights to enhance brand impact.
  • Support and mentor junior designers when required, sharing best practices and providing design guidance.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Confident working knowledge of Figma, Canva, or similar collaborative design tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Solid knowledge of digital and print production standards (formats, resolution, bleed, CMYK/RGB).
  • Experience producing assets for digital marketing channels, including social media and web.
  • Ability to interpret briefs independently and deliver creative solutions with minimal supervision.
